ÇEVSAM
Environmental Problems Application and Research Center (ÇEVSAM) was established on October 22, 1990. The aim of the center is to determine environmental problems scientifically, to develop and implement solution methods, to address the applications of public and private institutions regarding environmental problems, to make researches on them and to contribute to the development of environmental awareness.
ÇEVSAM mission; In addition to adapting to environmental change on a local, regional and global scale, to promote sustainable environmental awareness by acting as a bridge between academia and society, to contribute to knowledge about environmental protection and management (multi-component/interdisciplinary) by making scientific research and examination development projects and applications.
ÇEVSAM vision; To contribute to the sustainable management and protection of resources and ecosystems by emphasizing the vital link between humans and ecosystems, to be a strong center that provides solutions to local/global environmental problems and is a reference for change with multi-participatory/disciplinary research – development – practice collaborations.
