Terms, Conditions, Plagiarism Policy and Publication Ethics

  • Anti-plagiarism guidelines apply to studies accepted to the symposium. Each submission will be checked for similarity using iThenticate-Crossref before being forwarded to the scientific committee. For more information https://www.crossref.org/services/similarity-check/
  • Studies containing plagiarism will be rejected without evaluation.
  • All papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee in a double-blind process according to strict evaluation standards for originality, quality, and suitability for the purpose of the symposium.
  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted must follow the rules established by the symposium for presentation (oral or poster) and writing of the full text.
  • Full text submissions must be received by the stated deadline.
  • All submissions must contain original and previously unpublished research. 
  • Full texts must be submitted in the formats (.docx and .doc) specified by the symposium.
