In the WASTE TO MOSAIC ART Workshop, Kocaeli University Faculty Member Doç. Dr. Nermin DEMİRKOL will prepare mosaic panels with the participants from faulty or broken porcelain plates belonging to BONNA premium porcelain factory.
2) STOP MICROPLASTICS
In the STOP MICROPLASTICS Workshop, Prof. Dr. Hrissi Karapanagioti, Prof. Dr. David Warner and Maria Maro Galani will present the importance of microplastic pollution for the environment and prevention methods.

3) ZERO WASTE ACTION IN ONDOKUZ MAYIS UNIVERSITY (SUSTAINABILITY AND ZERO WASTE)
In the ZERO WASTE ACTION IN ONDOKUZ MAYIS UNIVERSITY Workshop, Prof. Dr. Yuksel Ardalı will present a university model will be set up in which resources are used efficiently, waste is reduced, integrated waste management is implemented and emission-carbon footprint is reduced by emphasizing the importance of waste management in climate change.
The transition to zero-waste life, zero-wastewater and zero-emission approaches and sustainable development goals implemented at Ondokuz Mayıs University will be revealed and the green university approach will be shared. In addition, carbon footprint calculations will be made at the university with integrated waste management.
